Latin text in a quite early Roman Letter type arranged in single column format. Beautiful printing of the works of the early Christian convert, who served as Constantine's son's tutor. A beautiful leaf in the finest style, from the infancy of printing and the first decade from which it is generally possible to secure specimens of printing today. References: BMC, V, 251, Goff L-8. The first "LIBERO" bid farewell to Il Papa with "Addio Papa" as it's headline on April 2nd, 2005 as he lay near death.
The second "AVENIRE" printed April 3rd, 2005 the day after he passed away.
Both are in Italian and they are hard to get copies (maybe future collectors items) for anyone who wants to have these items for sentimental reasons.

This is a Rare/Unusual ITALIAN newspaper "GAZZETTA DI FIRENZE", dated 30 November 1826. Quarto-size: 7 3/4" by 11". 4pp. Published in Florence, Italy. This early 19th century Italian paper contains all the news of the day, from Europe and the World, along with local news in small footnote-like columns at the bottom of the pages. On page one are two Local & State Tax stamps. Fine Condition, no problems.
